The Sauna is a panacea. Rheumatism, circulation and the immune system benefit pleasantly from the action of the heat.
The traditional Nordic wooden cabin can be heated between 70° and 90°, with low humidity, and favor detoxification and vasodilation with a marked improvement in blood flow.
It can also speed up the heart rate with a consequent increase in metabolic activity.
Our sauna can also be activated as a Biosauna and, by raising the humidity rate, the respiratory tracts are freed from a natural aerosol.
After each session in the Sauna or BioSauna you can rehydrate yourself with herbaceous and fruity infusions and herbal teas.
Recommended stay time: 2 sessions of 10/15 minutes each, interspersed with cool or tepid showers (during a 90-minute Spa program), in the absence of pathologies borne by the user. Do not perform more than 2/3 times a week.
