GROUND FLOOR: a cozy annex with a private entrance, designed to ensure comfort and independence for your guests. The living spaces are meticulously detailed and designed to meet every need, featuring fully equipped kitchens—both indoor and outdoor. Outside, the property opens onto a wonderful sun deck with a stunning private pool and a green area equipped with a barbecue. The offering is completed by an exclusive Spa area with dedicated restrooms and changing rooms, providing a rejuvenating, bespoke wellness experience. To welcome you to the heart of Sicily, a complimentary basket of local products awaits you upon arrival. INFORMATION AND RULES Wellness & Spa: Spa services and wellness treatments are available upon request for an additional fee. Pool: The pool is open year-round. Use during the winter months requires at least one week's notice (service guaranteed weather permitting). Additional Guests: The villa has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Any overnight stays beyond the initial booking must be agreed upon with the host in advance and will incur a per-person, per-night surcharge. Pets: To maintain the property's standards, pets are not permitted. Security: for the safety of guests, the property is equipped with a video surveillance system covering the parking area.
