The villa is characterized by an elegant and refined style which gives the rooms a romantic atmosphere.

The Morus apartment, located on the upper floor of the villa, can be reached via the private lift or the ancient external staircase covered in Modica stone.

It consists of a cozy bedroom with walk-in closet and open wardrobe, en suite bathroom with heated towel rail, laundry room, comfortable living area with sofa bed (second bathroom on request in the presence of other guests), equipped kitchen where you can taste the products typical of the welcome basket.

The beautiful veranda offers a striking portrait of the Sicilian landscape with its characteristic dry-stone walls and grassy plains that merge with the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

The audio system, through which you can listen to your playlists by connecting your smartphone, reaches four areas of the villa: veranda, hall, swimming pool and spa.
